In January of 2004, JNA was founded by Jerald J. Johnson, a native of Houston, TX, as a sole proprietorship.  Jerald’s background, like many of the IT Professionals that he’s interacted with throughout his career, consists of several intense hours of consulting work and an extensive travel schedule.  Throughout his career, Jerald has worked in various IT organizations in Corporate America including Texas Instruments, Compaq Computers, Texaco Oil, Eli Lilly, Entergy, Reliant Energy, Centerpoint Energy, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Accenture, and IBM.  It wasn’t long before Jerald realized that he could provide the same value and services to his clients independently.  With his solid work ethics, burning passion, and strong vision to positively influence people’s lives, JNA was transformed into a Limited Liability Corporation in February 2005.  Shortly thereafter, a stable network of quality people, communication, and technology began to materialize just as he envisioned.  Today, Jerald’s network has evolved into a team of many associates from various backgrounds, but with one common goal, which is to make a positive difference in people’s lives and the companies that provides us with the various necessities and amenities in life.
